instolling oracle 11g

since filegroup4.jar is java you might try to get it from some other arch, e.g. linux x86, i think it should be identical

win32_11gR1_database\database\stage\Components\oracle.ctx\11.1.0.6.0\1\DataFiles\filegroup4.jar has a md5sum of
f8fad37e76438da7cf1b4fa332b2aed6
