Redirect all users except me with htaccess

I'm going to be doing some upgrades on my site and I want to redirect all users to a different page while I do the upgrades but I need to allow my self too have access. I have done this before with a htaccess rule, but I can't remember what it was and can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone know what this rule is? Thanks
