Xeon 2.4Ghz vs Intel Pentium 4 3.0GHz HT

and another dedi with Xeon 2.4Ghz (both plans are with 2gb ram) so the only difference is the cpu. help me decide.

P4 HT is very hot and very slow. This XEON is not so cool too but preferrable.
