Multiple Webhosting Manager?

Posted by prest1ge, 12-13-2010, 06:28 AM
Hi Guys, My question might be a bit off-topic, yet, could not find a better place to write it at.. I dont own any webhosting company. Instead Im on the other side.. I purchase (a lot) of web hosting services. When you have a lot of VPS/Shared hosting packages, things start to get very tricky.. Every week I deal with sites down and the overall management of information, plus, moving the domains from one hosting package to the other, updating DNS records, etc.. I was wondering if there is any hosting manager, PHP based, that I can use for better control over the workload ?

Why are you all over the place? I would find it cheaper to just get yourself a dedicated server from one hosting company instead of getting multiple hosting packages from several different people. I use GoDaddy for all my personal domains and just domains. Then I change the DNS settings so the domain looks at my server. With a dedicated server, you can create multiple accounts and websites.

Or you might try VPS in case dedicated server is too much for your budget. Or reseller accounts. At least they are on 1 place - easy to manage.
