Dual Xeon vs Dual Opteron

We are going to buy 2 servers. One will be a Apache webserver (PHP, ZendPlatform) and other will run MySQL. Can anybody suggest which one is better Dual Xeon or Dual Opteron? Looks like this one is a socket F, 2212 are the low end of cpus for it, you can go up to 2220's I believe. Dual Opteron 2212 - 4 CPU cores, 2.0 GHZ each Dual Opteron 2344HE (Barcelona) Do not have any of these. Dual Opteron 265 Looks like a socket 940, low end there can go up to a 290 or 295 of these I believe.

I was just pointing out that on these 2 servers Dual Opteron 2212 - 4 CPU cores, 2.0 GHZ each Dual Opteron 265 The cpus are the low end of what is available in those types.

Intel have a large cache L2 so i suggest u to go with Xeon 54XX series
