Not only is my server unreachable I am not able to access the softlayer management portal https://manage.softlayer.com/
Others having the same issue?

Which datacenter (location) of Softlayer are you at...They're covering a few cities. Seattle looks fine

Their main site was down yesterday for no more than 5 minutes, not their whole network of clients.

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone is still having issues with connectivity to SoftLayer's Dallas DC?
We've been having issues the past two mornings where everything slowed to a crawl - of which, yesterday afternoon everything seemed to resolve itself.
At the moment we're sending all traffic from our connection through a server in the SoftLayer Seattle datacenter which seems to have helped a lot.
SoftLayer aren't saying it's a problem of theres, but we're unable to locate any of the routes/hops between us and them which are causing the issue - it seems to only affect our site, not general connectivity.
