Using nuSoap2.0 with PHP with XML Requests

Hi All I want to use nuSoap2.0 with php in order to call hosted webservices.I need to use XML Requests for submitting it to the webservice. I did some search but couldn't see any example over internet which use XMLs. If any one knows how to code and develop, please help me
