HiVelocity Mail2 Server Down for Last 6 Hours

HiV's Mail2 server has been down for at least the last 6 hours now. I was informed by Tech Support that they were running a file system check on the server and that it would be back up within an hour. That was 3 hours ago!

Now down for over 8 hours with no ETA available for return to service.

Have you tried contacting them? It looks like live chat is online now.
