Controlling SPAM?
Posted by stjoenetworks, 01-09-2008, 10:06 PM | I will preface this thread this way:
I know there is no perfect solution to elimating SPAM and not losing "good email".
What do you use that is working well for you? I need some suggestions? I don't have time to babysite/teach a spam filter as I get thousands and thousands of emails each day through various emails address on the server. I cannot use services such as easyat.com as they don't work with server that use a remote/clustered DNS.
Thoughts???? I'd appreciate it.
Thanks,
ene

We have customers using both SpamStopsHere and Postini anti-spam services with good success. I'd recommend the first, as they have better accuracy, but their interface isn't as pretty.
A spam solution that actually saves you time needs to be managed. And you might as well have the experts manage it. The time saved using a premium anti-spam product will result in a positive ROI.
I've been considering tryig MX Logic on some domains just to compare, but haven't had the time to return their sales person's calls.
