Speed Optimzation
Posted by Michael_S, 01-09-2008, 03:06 PM | I'd like your advice guys.
Currently the server I'm on is the following:
Intel Xeon Quad Core @ 2.4GHZ
4GB DDR2 RAM
2x 250GB SATAII HDD
100MBPS | SoftLayer Dallas
cPanel | Apache 1.3.39 | PHP5
I currently have two high traffic vBulletin forums (400 guests average on both) running.
About 35% of the RAM is used at once, and the loads are on average 0.70.
I'd like your advice on what I should install/tweak (caching system maybe?) to get them running at optimal speed.
Thanks,
- Mike
