None of my servers at TP are responding to ping and theplanet.com itself isn't working. I asked a friend on Comcast if he could connect and he wasn't able to either. Anyone else having issues?

Most definitely. Crazy stuff going on. The issue happened at exactly 2:26am EST.

For the past 20 minutes or so, my site (which is a theplanet server), as well as theplanet.com are unresponsive.
I tried using opendns to see if maybe my isp's dns is messed up.. same results.
Anyone else experiencing this?
siteuptime.com is reporting FAILED. The occasional website speed test & wannabrowser will load my site as normal.

Same for me. First of all, loss experianced. Now it seems to be 100% loss.
I'm in the uk, might have something to do with it.

true, its down.. not only their website but many of their servers as well, appears to be some network outage...

orbit is down, servercommand is down, their website is also down and fortunately only one of our server is affected . Some network issue for sure, or some firewall thing, as happened few months back with ev1.

One of my servers is currently down from 1and1 Germany's server DC. Traceroute ends after above.net. I can reach the server using my home internet access though.
