It has been more than 13 hours since the thenynoc getting DDoS, in other way it is 99.95% packet loss.
I got no reply from Andy for now after he told me it is being packeted.

Give them a call. They might be really bussy because of that attack to answer tickets.

No, their ticket system is hosted elsewhere I believe. http://thenynocportal.com/ seems to load fine for me.
