Layeredtech network issues

Posted by sytker, 05-23-2008, 07:37 PM
Hello, We're seeing network issues to LT servers including support.layeredtech.com from multiple locations, multiple connections. We were talking by tickets with LT staff, then support.layeredtech.com became unresponsive. We're having from Holland and Brazil at this moment. We saw that some countries like US, some from Europe are not having any problem. Can you check and post a feedback?

We're seeing now more ranges affected. Still cannot access encompass support panel.

Up from here, it appears to be an off-net issue from the traceroute above. I had the same on that date. Then all was back to normal. But now I am down again. Isn't this some kind of DNS problem. All sites on the same IP are down. All sites on 4 different IP's are fine. They are all on the same server. I was happy with them, but starting to have doubts now.

We're having the same issues again too.

Having the same problem, but it seems a dns issue. In Mexico, ISP infinitum is ok, while a test case on ISP megared does not connect. (their techs can connect fine, tough) A proxy server also pulls the affected pages, showing the servers are not down. Check the LT forums.
