HostEcon - sites down

well yes my site is down, im hosted with them, has anyone else been experiencing slowness with their hosting, and random downtimes, i know i have.. my site as of this post is completely down www dot ear-candy dot org if anyone from hostecon sees this , please take this into consideration, you guys need to dispatch emails telling your customers whats going on with the servers, so we can prepare , and backup if need be! i don't think thats too much to ask from you guys. thanks
