Helm Windows Server Mail Issue
Posted by LP560, 08-02-2007, 09:37 AM | I currently have a reseller account on a windows server powered by helm. The provider currently has a mail problem which has resulted in several of my emails going walk abouts.
What I want to know is, is it possible to redirect my mail and bypass it from the problem mail server to another email address such as my ISP's?
Can I use the mail forward option in helm, or does mail still go through the mail server?
Can I create a new mx record on the windows server to point mail to the ISP email address or will that still go through the mail server?
Or do I have to create a mx record with my domain registrar?
My domain is with godaddy and it setup with nameservers.
Thanks in advance
