Turning Echos Into One Value

In the following code you will notice that the info obtained is passed on in 'echo' format, the results showing up well in a browser. However, I want all the echo out put to be ONE value that I can input in another php file. What is the best way of going about that? If I did not explain well... What I am looking for is: $output = "results and html of all the echos"; I can then call '$output' in another file via require. Thanks in advance.

PHP's output buffering works great in this situation.
