how do link to chinese version of joomla??

Hi im currently doing my final year project in school and doing design in joomla but my client request us to manually enter simplified chinese language and link to it from the english site so was wondering how do i do that as my client do not trust the transaltor as some of the contents were not properly transalted....thxs
