Livehost.net OUTAGE since Dec 1 (neucp01.30u .com) - suggestions?

Hi Guys, although this is my first post i've found WHT to be a helpful board over the years so thanks to you all in advance. I have a secondary account on livehost.net that was used for some catch email. The service went down 5 days ago Dec 1 and has been down since. Their support is non-existant and support tickets are not replied. The last ticket i sent when i log in to check a status says "not found". The domain goes to a "suspended page" which makes me wonder if the hosting co isn't paying their servers? server3.30u.com/suspended.page From my livehost.net account panel this info is visible. livehost.net neucp01.30u.com 64.159.79.226 ns1.livehost.net ns2.livehost.net We have a few people with some lost email there (not mission critical) but having used them for 3+ years (i know now Thomas T. left) I am surprised. can anyone make a suggestion what to do?. Any way to trace the data center and contact them? Thanks.
