Need good free server monitoring tool for windows

Hey, Just wondering if anyone knows of a good free server monitoring tool for multiple servers of windows and Linux. Ive used a couple of utilities but they don't seem to work that well. Preferably I would like something thats web based. Thanks

What parameters do you want to monitor? The advantage of web based systems is that they are generally OS agnostic. They are also protected from local network outages at your end. This is a big plus because a local system cannot alert you in the event that the server goes down, since the local monitoring software would also be down. Local and remote systems are actually complementary. Use local for machine performance monitoring and remote for site performance monitoring. .

Well I want to monitor services, uptime etc so I presume local, but what good software is there thats free as well?
