I was just wondering if there were any simple CMSs that allowed for complete control over content types, much like ezpublish does with their content classes. I've had this project on the back burner for a long while now, and am just curious whether I'd be creating something that's already out there...

What I mean by custom content is to create, say, an article (or any other content type that isn't already in the system) and customize exactly which fields comprise an article.
