Hostway having network and phone outage?

I have webhosting/email hosting at hostway and noticed today i am unable to connect to its mail servers. i am also unable to access the control panel to log into my account - that website appears to be down. And the tech support numbers and sales numbers dont work now and gets a fast busy. though www.hostway.com is up - also is my website (the same one which i can't access the POP3/SMTP server). Anybody else having this problem?

a member of the hostway sales team has confirmed that there is currently an outage that was not planned and they expect everything to be resolved within 2 hours.
