Savvis Los Angeles, CA Issues???

Hey wht!
Does anyone have any issues with the Savvis route table?
I some how all of a sudden lost routes to a few ISPs, it just decides to chill at AS3561.
I also checked on the Savvis looking glass for that IP range, seems to not be there!!? Also punching in a few other So. California IP ranges seemed to have disappear as well! I'm currently being rerouted by savvis for a few of my Southern California ISP's such as Charter to Dallas, which I assume is the next closest location that has MY prefixes inside.

Was that high latency due to your network or was it Savvis?
