Wholesale internet down or just ignoring me?

I've been with Wholesale Internet for almost 2 years now. (Found out about them on these forums).
My server's been down for the last 3 weeks, and they haven't answered any of my emails or returned any of my voicemails asking them to reboot my server.
Are they still in business?
Their website is up, but I've gotten absolutely no response from the company to indicate that they still run a business.
I'm not even so concerned about bashing their absolute shocking service this last month as I am hoping that maybe a representative or client of theirs may still browse these forums and be able to help me.

Nope they are not down. My COLO servers are up and running without any issues.
Did you try opening support ticket from their Account Manager?
