FDC Down Again? Can u check?

All of my FDC servers seem to be down. I can't even get to the FDC website.
Is anyone else having problems?

They are experiencing issue with carrier HE.NET. All the servers are online but its running slow.

Weird i can see it through proxy and i can see that all my servers are up via proxy ><
