Awknet Outage - WV is bustin my balls

Another outage. Looks like a few carriers in One Wilshire cycled, perhaps a power issue? WVF has a few ports turned down in One Wilshire, having difficulty contacting an engineer who can actually do anything... Currently have pending contracts with Savvis, Telia, Cogent and Hurricane Electric to get away from this problem. Customers can feel free to shoot sales@awknet.com an email regarding credits for these ridiculous outages.

Issue resolved. Looking at an estimated two-three weeks to add other carriers.
