lxserverdirect - does anyone have contact details

Posted by dspillettt, 08-21-2007, 06:51 AM
My server vanished of the 'net at some time yesterday, and I've not been able to contact them by email at all (and their own sites are gone too). I've manages to contact the datacentre and apparently they have had their IP traffic transit cut off completely, so I assume they are completely out of business. Nice of them to send me an email to tell me WTF was going on... The DC has been as helpful as they can (obviously they can't give me any details due to client confidentiality) and may be able to help me get temporary access to my server if it is still physically in the building. But if the server has been de-racked and taken out of the DC by lvserverdirect then I need to contact them to try get access. Does anyone have any useful phone numbers I can try? I've managed to find a postal address on whois records, but that could easily be out-of-date or otherwise incorrect.

It would appear that this issue is already being actively discussed in the following thread: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=628728 Sorry for the duplication. I've added some information that people might find useful to the above thread.

Their website only had email addresses and they aren't registered at Companies House... shame, I was going to colo with them.
