Hi there,
I currently have a server with mydediserver.com its gone down and there is noone on live support and no answer to tickets, i cant seem to find a number anywhere either which is getting really frustrating.
I tried to call the datacentre and theres no answer.
Does anyone have there support number at all?
I would appreciate the help anyone can give me.

Its back up now, but I couldn't find a phone number on there at all.
To get a phone number, try their whois entry (look it up on the many tools on the web).
...and moved to outages.

there company website was always up, i tried the number on the whois and it goes through to another company message.
my server is still down and dont know what to do

Firstly, I'd wait until Monday when someone might return to the office and answer your tickets. Keep your frustration to a minimum, and once they have restored your server, you could think about moving to a different provider that has better support.
