Their phone system is also apparently down. When I call in, I get "IP connection cannot be established."

Same thing is happening for me as well. In all counts. One system at cyberwurx is up and reachable other one is down, and their main site and support panel is down as well.

It appears that the routers we are attached to are not affected, so maybe one of your servers is attached to a different router than the other.

More than likely such is the case qps. I'm just hoping they get this outage fixed asap.

Looks like they're coming back online now.

The datacenter confirmed the outage was due to cooling unit failure. I had been told there will be a formal notice posted for Thursday at the latest.
