Budgethost / BudgetReseller down?

Hi WHT, I was wondering if there were any other customers of budgethost / budgetreseller here?
All my sites on their Venus US server have been down for a few days.
I've submitted a ticket, but I was curious if any other servers at BH/BR were having this problem, or is it limited only to Venus.

Really? hm... they're a pretty good size on wht.. one guy who runs it has the username Greg on here

Resolved now, apparently my IP address was being blocked from the server. All's well now.

Good to hear the issue's fixed, and that the server was up all the time. It would have been a real surprise if it would have been otherwise.
