HiVelocity down - anyone else?

I have 5 unmetered servers with Hivelocity and all of them are down. They have been down for almost 4 hours and no response from support.
Anyone else having these issues or is it just me?

We have not had any network issues. If you are still with issue please email me the details so I can get it checked into.
