vpsville outage?

We have a vps with vpsville.ca that has been down since early this morning.
In the client area we get a "This server is disabled and cannot be used. This may be due to non-payment or another issue. Please refer to the billing page or contact support."
Our server is fully paid up however. And there were no security/DDoS/other issues as far as I know.
Anyone else having issues?

Perhaps I jumped the gun. Just got a response from their support team saying they are looking into it. Might be an isolated issue (although still concerning nonetheless)
