Is hostingspeeds.com out of business?

Seems like hostingspeeds.com no longer exist: The domain "hostingspeeds.com" has been locked. [Go to SWsoft homepage]

Well it's not locked by register, but the host has the account locked.. Who knows if it's just out for server repairs, site upgrade, ect or just came to an end... but it was not 100% real with it's stats.
