Huge packet loss on LayeredTech

Since more than an hour, servers in 72.232.214.x are being affected by a hugh packet loss, about 60% packet loss on some servers with those IPs. It's not the first time this happens in that servers. Am i the only one affected by this? maybe other subnets are affected too.
