Duport Online/Softlayer DNS Down

All my sites hosted on Duport Online do not resolve via DNS. I believe they use Softlayer (this may or may not be a softlayer problem - it was in the past). No information on Duport's site about it. UPDATE - Now resolves - I swear - I wait and then I finally post on here and amazingly its fixed soon after - this site must have some magic voodoo...
