Blacklotus down?

Looks like their premium servers network is down. Dont know if Blacklotus knows yet as there has been no replies to our support tickets for over an hour.

We knew. The issue was on the upstream transit side and it is for this reason (and a couple others) that we have made arrangements to migrate the internal network to Peer1 in the same building.
