I'm sure you'll find the same >300ms ping, as was proven before, this is an issue with your ISP. Nothing we can do to help you.

Marconi International don't care so when their clients are pushing the network will lag

Yes, its a CPRM / Marconi problem. Started +- 2 weeks ago after their sister company NETCABO allowed unlimited downloads to theirs custommers.
CPRM, NETCABO, TELEPAC... all from "state monopolly" PT Comunicações.
They only care for having more clients... the rest... who cares !!!
