I'm sorry, I don't understand. Could you elaborate as to what you mean by what the problem is about Scarabweb, which I imagine is a web host?

Scarabweb is a hosting provider but they website become like that....what problem to them?

Was the problem that their website didn't load? Sounds like a little hiccup then because it did load for me, I will admit though that it took a little longer than it probably should have but it loaded in the end.

Weird, I see their actual website and it just loaded fast for me too. Shows their layout and everything. I would lay it on your ISP tbh.
