They do appear to be down, i heard they run servers from a a garage as they run out of space, just a rumor, most likely untrue but made me laugh. Perhaps in future you should confirm 'rumours' before posting them and worrying people? Their first datacentre facility is currently down, and as far as I know they are working on fixing it as we speak.

FYI. the Maidenhead DC was struck by lightning, the Fire Service and Southern Electric required everything shut off while they replaced a damaged cable. They're back up now. to think I moved my servers to Poundhost because my last provider kept having power cuts, so I've gone from providers with too little power, to one with too much
