They have been down a lot today, we just got an email that they are having power problems in their datacenter.

I'm not a customer but it seems to me that recently alot of my chat sessions as an enduser get disconnected often.... Are you expereiencing this? If so, is this normal for liveperson and what are they doing about it... You would think paying $99 a seat you should get excellent uptime...

ppc123, I fully agree and spoke to them about it after another outage today. I have been very disappointed in the last month and a week, since August 15th there have been a number of outages.
