DimeNOC Orlando

My server (rackdept or whatever they're called now) has generally been very rock solid over the last few months, but this weekend I've had quite a few disruptions (5-20 min outages) and tracert's seems to be at dimenoc, and then just recently about 15 mins of instability. Anyone else seen similar? Also it doesn't help that their helpdesk website appears to be hacked www.helpdesknoc.com
