All our clients sites are down, but we cannot contact Axis as their support desk is also down.
Technicalsupportnow.com gives the follwoing on Alerta:

I've sent a message to Sales, but nothing seems to come up on chats (maybe I'm doing something wrong, as I don't normally do them). Their support desk and the sites have been down for hours though.

Ah ha... everything has suddenly burst into life again. Maybe the sales email got through.
