is livehelp now down?

I was trying to figure out why I could not access my operator panel and found their site to be down also. Anyone else use Livehelpnow and having problems?

Well the answer to my question was "Yes it was down for some 4hrs". Seems the "cloud" turned into a rain storm. I had replaced the chat with a free version and called them (to cancel) as soon as they opened in the morning. The way they handled the outage though and the way customer service handled the call made me rethink this and take the time to reload their script into my site. There's nothing short of good customer service.

Thats good. It's good when a company can keep their cool even when getting complaints
