Vertivo

Greetings. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues with their site(s) hosted with Vertivo. Their main website (http://vertivo.com) is up however my website is down. I sent an e-mail to technical support yesterday around 8pm marked as Critical and have yet to receive a response from anyone. I can not login to my control panel either. Thanks in advanced !!

Hi,
I checked the logs and I see where your ticket was responded to roughly 45 minutes after you sent it in, you may log into the helpdesk with your ticket ID to view the responses. As it related to your issue, all our servers are up and running, I checked your DNS settings and it seems the problem is that your nameservers are pointing to the old IP addresses and not the new ones you were sent after the recent server migration. Once you fix this you should be up and running. For anything else please dont hesitate to submit a ticket to our support team. Thanks!
