Bluguy/creativesell down

I cannot access my website or FTP from about 10pm this evening.
The bluguy.com website is still up, but the forum and control panels are either not available or 'messed up'.
Emails to the support address are just autoresponding to try the support system on the bluguy.com site.. which is not working :/
Creativesell.net is also not responding.
It's not looking too good.
I registered a domain with them a couple of months ago but never got any paperwork about it, how can I get control of the domain and transfer it to another host?

I know the bluguy people quite well im sure they are working on any issues. If you want to pm me your problem ill pass it onto them, dont forget your username

Hi there Neil,
After several attempts to get my website and emails back online I have suffered the same issues with Bluguy.
there doesn't seem to be any support or info why my website is not live and why i can't send or receive emails. you seem to be the Man in the Know. could you please help me out here???
