You can check our forum as we update this proactively. This WAS NOT KnownHost specific as it was a network related issue. It had something to do with Internap which we of course notified Colo4dallas within minutes about. -Jay

I would like to add one thing to this thread. BGP is used as Colo4dallas so when Internap dropped for whatever reason Level 3 took over. There was maybe tops of 2 minutes where you may have noticed something. This is reality with the Internet but shows Colo4dallas is working as it is supposed to. If they didn't use BGP then when Internap dropped many customers would have experienced problems. -Jay

I couldn't get to your website, that is why I came here. All is well. It was just momentarily.

Our forum isn't hosted at Colo4dallas so that wouldn't have been effected and that is proactively updated. WHT isn't updated like our forum so that is the best place to check in the future. -Jay

Great update there Knownhost. Others should take the advise of hosting their forum in a seperate location incase something does go down like in your case. Excellent!

Jay, Just curious, was something between C4D and Internap down causing the outage or was it Internap themselves having issues? Internap rarely if ever has issues at their IP service points and this outage is shocking.

Not sure on the specifics but I know it was under 2 minutes whatever it was. -Jay

bdmorrison: why would you come here to post about a 2 min outage or even an outage that's not happening when you made your post?

If you edit a post within 3 minutes of posting it will not show the "last edited...." so that's probably the case.
