MKOH server down

The MKOH elle server is down for 8 hours at this time. Any one have information. I have emailed but not able to find a phone number. The main mkoh.com site is running. Any information would help.

Hi, It seems like their only support option is via email or livechat which is offline. I would say wait until monday morning as their site says "24 HOURS RESPONSE TIME". Hopefully you will be back up and running by then. Do try to keep contacting them, you can try their number listed on their domain as well: +1.15302368899 (FAX) +1.15302368899 Cheers.

WOW! now 18 hours and no response. Not even here. I wonder if they move all the other accounts from that server before they took it offline. Am I alone?

I just sent a PM to mkoh-pheliex. He is online at the moment. Maybe I can get status on My Kind of Host from pheliex. The support email is not returning any result.

I am down also, can't believe they are not responding to e-mails, well time to look for a new host.

They are back online, all of my accounts are deleted , but they are back up.

From mkoh-pheliex: "There is a hardware issue. Something is wrong with the hard drive on the server. We have just finished doind a re-install on a new hard drive & are trying our best to recover the data on the old drive. We are working with the datacenter techs to have this issue resolved ASAP"

But, you password has been reset, to get your new password, please email admin@mkoh.com with your account's main domain name & username. We do not have any backups, because all backups were in the same drive. -------------------- I have also a reseller acount with them. No comment...

That's pretty bad... but these things happen unfortunately.
