Redplaid - Very Slow and packet loss

Hello, One of my friend has connection problems to Redplaid server, anyone also has problem please share ?

What is the IP of his specific server.. or his domain name even

No clue. Lack of information on his part. What I did was a tracert to redplaid.com. That gave me the ip of 8.6.89.6 and I did some path pings to that.

if that's the case, then it seems to happen to them a lot as we've been down most of the weekend due to a "DDOS attack affecting an upstream provider"... Both our servers and load balancer with them were unreachable for long periods of time this weekend (although the redplaid.com site was up).
