It might help a bit if You allowed people that have servers from Your resellers to join Your forum, or tell Your resellers to inform their customers when You have some pland work / downtime. I guess You know that Your posts in Your forum is only awailable for viwing to people that actualy have a username and password.

That is correct, if you have a DN server through reseller then you will not have access to DN forum.
