Rackdept ?

Hi, I lost my Rackdept server this morning, can't access or pinf it, nor can I get the Rackdept or their helpdesk sites? www.helpdesknoc.com Anyone else have the same problem? Cheers

Hi There was an issue in Dimenoc from what we know with a short outage. The helpdesk works fine here now.

Dimenoc and RackDept have 'problems' every single day, several times a day. I would avoid it! Today's 'short outage' was 9 hours.

I have to admit I have had a good run so far. I have five shoutcast servers running on them, so I can see when I lose connectivity. I had a rock solid month up to last week, but Sunday morning was flakey. We had a small minute bump yesterday and then today has been solid. Touch wood very quickly
