I have contacted support but haven't heard back. Their site has been up and down, and our box has been...well just down. websitepulse.com alerted us to the issue/agrees:
protocol HTTP, error Connection timed out, time 11/01/2011 13:24:35, estimated downtime 15 minutes,

Sago's own site is now up but we've been down for coming up on an hour and a half now without any ETA or detail given as to the exact issue?! :-/

I don't think I've ever seen that page updated - either it's all "OK" or the page itself is down, which gives a pretty clear indication of status in itself I guess...
Been 75 minutes now since WSP first detected it was down...

Since at least 2005, this has been a constant with Sagonet. Either network is down or power is out (from experience btw). Even budget providers like Wholesale or Burst do a better job than they do. We're with Wholesale and our gear has never missed a heart beat.

Atleast it's not like the outage they had in 2006-2007 for > 36 hours that almost put us out of business.
